- Lead core services Infrastructure team of cross-divisional network architects
- Monitor data centre SLAs from environment to operations.
- Plan and implement version upgrades and technology transitioning
- Design and implement virtualization environment using VMware Infrastructure, 3.5ESX, ESXi and Windows 2008 Hyper V
- Design and implement active directory services
- Design, install, upgrade Microsoft Exchange Server 2007, 2003, 5.5 and Linux based email/proxy and firewall servers host domains
- Integration between Windows and Linux User Database based on active directory (Win 2003)
- Configure and monitor RIS, RADIUS, DNS, WINS and DHCP
- Control Internet access using Microsoft ISA Server Enterprise Edition 2000/2004/2006 and Open source solutions PFSense, IPCop, Endian etc.
- Implement product patching using Windows Update Server Services, GFI LAN guard and SMS 2003
- Enterprise Anti-Virus Security Services
- Exposure of Network Monitoring Services
- Blackberry Enterprise Server and Microsoft Active Sync for Mobility
- Research, acquisition, re-engineering and configuration of new network, server hardware and software systems to meet business needs
- Symantec Backup Exec/Continuous Protection
- Disaster Recovery using Symantec Backup Exec System Recovery
