Job Description
Manage developments, enhancements, product programs, and administration tasks related to non-Market Sales products i.e. Wealth Financing, mortgage, deposit & Funds, with focus on Private Banking business.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the whole product development process
- Participating in all documentation and working procedures development, soliciting management approvals, liaise with Credit, Legal & Compliance, Operational Risk teams on related matters regarding non-Market Sales products
- Devise product programs to assist business solicitation
- Work across units to track sakes performance
- Provide product training to newcomers and organising refreshment courses for frontline and support associates within Private Banking
Qualifications & Skills
- University graduate
- Experience in Wealth Management or Private Banking business are essential
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyse work flow and writing operating procedures/product program
