Description | Sydney - Fixed Term 12 months We require an experienced recruiter to lead our new in-house recruitment team. This role is responsible for leading a small team to provide effective recruitment at all levels for candidates of the right caliber to meet current and future business needs. This role will also involve devising and planning recruitment strategies and ensuring effective organization & implementation of recruitment campaigns as well as monitoring and reviewing the effectiveness of recruitment and selection processes. The role will also include supervising development and maintenance of regular accurate recruitment statistics and management and evaluation of multiple recruitment channel effectiveness. Candidates require the following skills: • Conversant with psychometric testing tools • Good communication and influencing skills • Sound analytical reasoning and judgement • Able work as a teamplayer • Flexible, change-oriented and able to work under pressure • Experience with e-recruitment tools • Commercial Recruitment experience desirable | ||||
