Here, you’ll dealing with everyday queries from our Advance account customers – helping with balances and statements, making bill payments and setting up standing orders… Whatever the call, our customers expect – as a minimum - a fast, accurate and efficient service, and that’s your minimum objective. Beyond that, we’ll be looking to you to spot opportunities to introduce customers to products which meet their needs, and that needs an intuitive understanding of how to respond to different callers. An excellent listener (and talker) with a natural sales flair, you’ll have a proven track-record in a similar role where customer service and sales meet. Someone who loves taking ownership for getting things done, you’re quick to learn, keen to develop, and able to follow procedures. |
