Job Purpose & Scope
1. Plan, Direct, Coordinate and assist in UZ Site Rotating Machinery Maint. Activities.
2. Responsible to provide effective support to Site Maintenance teams towards achieving preset reliability /availability targets.
3. Provide Specialist Technical and Troubleshooting services support to Site Maintainence Teams.
4. Direct and follow-up the rotating machinery repair and maintenance activities for all categories of rotating machinery (UZ site, local workshops and vendor overhaul facilities abroad, as applicable).
5. Establish and maintain comprehensive major machinery maintenance records.
6. Participate in preparation of operating, five years and long term business plans related to machinery including equipment long term replacement plans due to obsolescence etc..
7. Prioritize and expedite identified weak links mitigation action plan.
8. Contribute to major machinery maintenance strategies review and update.
9. Preparation of periodic reports/equipment history as required.
10. Performs duties in a safe, professional and efficient manner, complying with HSE Requirements related to all job activities. Familiarize & maintain proper and continuous knowledge of Company's HSE procedures, rules and regulations & abide by them at all times.
Minimum Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
2. Minimum 10 years experience in Oil & Gas industry
3. Proficiency in MS office packages
4. Additional certification in Vibration Data Collection and Analysis / Boroscope Inspections is desirable
5. Should have training in Rotating Machinery Courses ( Pumps,Turbines,Compressors), Vibration and Tribology Courses
