Designer Architect Job in Central Bank of UAE

JOB DESCRIPTION – PAYMENT GATEWAY
The Central Bank of the UAE is seeking to hire a systems designer / architect for a 12-
month contract starting no later than 1 May 2010.
The assignment is to design, develop and integrate an Internet-based payment gateway.
This application shall support both bill presentment and payment. Candidates must
possess not only expertise in Web developments but also knowledge of the payment card
industry, associated security features and ISO 8583.
A mature, experienced consultant is required; someone who can playing a leading role
whilst collaborating with other subject matter experts in the team.
Successful candidates should have at least 5 years’ relevant experience.
The assignment is for 12 months and is based in Dubai with occasional travel to Abu
Dhabi. A competitive rate is offered plus benefits.
