In 2007 Bell Mobility launched its Corporate face to face Sales Channel. As such we are looking to enhance this dynamic team with the addition of a highly skilled and successful Sales Manager for the Medium Sales Segment. Having several years of leading a high performance team of Sales Professionals within a competitive marketplace, the incumbent will bring to this role strong industry leadership and superior account management and sales strategies. The Medium Sales Manager will lead a face to face Sales Team to proactively pursue and penetrate the Atlantic Market. You and your team will be accountable for delivering breakthrough results in acquiring net new business while driving significant results in both wireless voice and data solutions. Your sales focus will be to ensure your team acquires high ARPU Customers (Average Revenue Per User) within this fast paced and highly competitive arena. Job Duties/Accountabilities:
Reporting to the Director of Wireless Business Sales in Atlantic, the Medium Sales Manager position is an integral component in driving Bell Mobility's overall wireless growth while leveraging a team of Sales Professionals. Your strong leadership skills will be called upon to coach, develop and mentor a group of Account Executives who, in turn, are responsible for growing company revenues and activations. You will also be responsible for working with a Manager who directs a team of Sales Associates that deliver sales opportunities and prospects in support of the Account Executives.
Your knowledge of the Medium Sales Segment, strong understanding of wireless products, services and applications will allow you to leverage this expertise while selling into this Market. In addition, your strategic selling techniques will be required to maximize total revenue opportunities through the sale of wireless solutions that will address your customer’s business needs.
You will be expected to establish and maintain effective business relationships with key partners such as Marketing, Data Specialists, Business Services Centre, and Bell Canada SMB.
You will hold a University degree and previous sales management experience (5 years). An understanding of the wireless industry is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication skills (written and spoken) and the ability to deal with multiple priorities are required. You must exhibit sound judgment and have demonstrated initiative and leadership skills. You must be comfortable adapting to a constantly changing environment. You are mobile and you have a valid driver's license.
Your knowledge of the Atlantic Markets would be a strong asset, as well as budget planning and preparation experience.
