Manager Consumer Services is responsible for providing leadership and direction to the sales and distribution Team. Responsible for forecasting and reporting, time reporting, variance reporting and explanations, tracking report, competitive report, etc. Involved in prospecting and networking activities to increase new business development.
Sales and Revenue and OSS
•Provides strategic direction for the development and growth of the indirect channel .
•To achieve increased sales and customer satisfaction in B-to-C in-direct sales by supporting a sales team and OSS with respect to quality, quantity, budget/cost, timeliness and brand values.
•Increases direct and indirect sales revenue opportunities through business development with complementary strategic partners such as other Value Added Resellers (V.A.R.)
Communicates Sales Report , OSS report, Configuration report and mktg.
•Submits status reports, highlighting trends and forecasting.
•Reviews and analyze report on sales results, communicates accurate information on the Channel Partners sales results and market feedback to higher ups.
•Analyze sales statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential and monitor the preferences of customers.
Handle Configuration Center
•Responsible for configurations center as inventory FWT’s Riums, Accessories,
•Oversee payment process in SAP. Reconciliation of stocks and delivery of Stocks to Franchises
Supervise OSS & CSC
−Supervise One Stop Shops & Customer Service Centers in the region
Liaison with Affinity partners
− Handle Retail management hiring of Sub dealers, and strategize for market availability & retail audit.
−Management of repair and maintenance of FWT at Authorized lab of Huawei and ZTE in assigned area & deliver in TAT.
Liaison with Marketing team
•Coordinates with the marketing/business development team and product management to ensure that PTCL’s evolving product portfolio meets the needs of our partners and their customers
•Provides feedback regarding new products, services or sales activities; Channel Partners market development, customer needs in value added services, prices and selling techniques.

•Coaches and develops In-direct sales teams in order to improve Channel Partner’s sales, to achieve individual sales targets and customer satisfaction
