Delivering a prompt, personalised service, you will support the Premier Relationship Manager to deliver the Premier Direct Sales plan. You’ll provide an excellent customer-driven service involving identifying, investigating and successfully resolving a variety of customer telephone calls, queries and contacts from Premier Direct customers. You'll plan and prioritise your workload in order to deliver high quality work on time, and you'll support the team, recognising when assistance is needed and helping colleagues to deal with challenging circumstances. You should be able to follow procedures and regulations carefully, keeping up to date with changes, and you'll keep trying to find improved ways of working, as well as proactively identifying where problems might arise. The successful candidate will have proven ability in customer relationship management, together with the ability to analyse financial priorities and an extensive knowledge of competitor activity. You will be customer-driven and have a strong desire to deliver a world-class service to the bank’s personal customers. Calm and objective under pressure, you'll learn new approaches and knowledge quickly, and you'll actively look for responsibility. We'll rely on you to work on tasks independently, and take appropriate responsibility for actions and decisions, so you'll be reliable, responsive, and capable of rising to the challenge. | ||||
