The Account Advocate will be responsible for the relationship management of key national/multinational client accounts, encompassing both banks and nonbanks—full lifecycle involvement, from contract execution through implementation, delivery, and ongoing relationship management. The Account Advocate will be the primary day-to-day client point of contact, managing all aspects of the relationship and advocating internally with functional areas and subject-matter experts on the clients’ behalf.
Principal Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide and demonstrate subject-matter expertise on all of i2c’s products, services, and processes.

Manage the setup/implementation of client programs.

Manage client account relationships for satisfaction.
Manage fiscal performance of client accounts.
Optimize client programs and manage for client profitability.
Provide prepaid industry and solution subject-matter expertise. Grow business with existing clients.
Manage reporting and metrics to measure performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
Assist in developing card, call, and revenue forecasts.
Oversee all project stakeholders and coordinate the delivery of prepaid solutions to clients.
Organize project teams, assign individual responsibilities, and identify appropriate resources needed.
Pursue and support diverse initiatives as required by management.
Background Requirements and Qualifications:

Demonstrable track record of client account relationship management.

1 to 2 or more years of direct open-loop/network prepaid industry knowledge and experience. Knowledge of debit, credit, ATM, mobile and closed-loop knowledge is also beneficial.

Industry knowledge and experience with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and/or American Express.

Bachelor’s degree.

Technological savvy.

Ability to learn new products, processes, and services rapidly and subsequently to demonstrate high competency and subject-matter expertise.

Demonstrated experience in working with geographically dispersed teams and with people of varied cultures and backgrounds.

Demonstrable team leadership, development, and management.

Clear and effective written and oral communication skills.

High-energy, results-oriented individual with ability to function effectively and independently with a minimum of supervision.

Very strong interpersonal skills, with proven ability to establish effective working relationships across multiple levels and multiple functions within both internal and external organizations.

Excellent organizational, analytical, and creative problem solving skills, with strong attention to detail and good follow-up.

Very strong computer skills, with MS Office Products in particular; PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Project, and Word.
