| Description | Dealing with international customers and their queries, supporting a highly committed and professional team to provide the highest quality service...put your skills to the test, and enjoy the results. You’re motivated by providing an excellent, customer-driven service and, joining our team here in Swansea, you’ll ensure we keep performing at our best too. Dealing with both Premier and non Premier international customers moving to Europe, you’ll help them transfer payments, and set up new cards and accounts. You’ll do everything you can to make their move as smooth as possible and make sure they enjoy the highest quality service. And with the very best products and services to work with, that shouldn’t be too difficult. But we’re not complacent. We’ll look to you to suggest improved ways of working as you keep up to date with market changes and proactively identify where problems might arise. It’s an opportunity to use your strong customer service or sales experience to maximum effect. Ideally you’ll also have worked in a financial services organisation and this, combined with excellent interpersonal skills, will see you resolving enquiries to the complete satisfaction of the client. Fully understanding their needs, you’ll offer the best and most appropriate solutions. You’ll also focus on the needs of the team, recognising when your assistance is required. And, remaining calm and objective under pressure, you’ll help colleagues to deal with any challenging circumstances. Your ability to work independently will be just as important as being a strong team player, because we’ll rely on you to plan and prioritise your own workload.
