	Qualifications & Skills
	- Experience in systems management and support of mission critical data centre hosted enterprise class systems and applications. - A fundamental knowledge of enterprise class operating systems such as Unix, Windows Server, Guardian (Tandem). - An sound fundamentals understanding of fault resilient, high availability technologies (VCS, HACMP, MCSE). - A fundamentals knowledge in architecture, features and functions of logical partitioning and Virtual Machine partitioning technologies (e.g. IBM LPAR, VMware, Sun Containers) - A fundamentals understanding of DNS and NFS services. - A fundamentals understanding of enterprise backup architectures and products including Legato Networker or Tivoli Storage Manager. - An understanding of Enterprise systems security policies and best practices. - Experience in new deployments and transition management projects. - Experience in data migration techniques and ETL (extraction transformation and load). - Knowledge of midrange systems management tools. - A fundamentals understanding of networking technology. - A fundamentals understanding of SAN disk and SAN fabric technology. - Experience with performance testing tools and system performance benchmarking tests. - Previous experience of banking application implementations. - Infrastructure solutions architect experience. - Experience in working with application development teams in systems development support and project deployments.
