| Description | We are searching for a Trader to join the Emerging Markets desk within our Global Markets business in London. The maximum salary for this role is £85,000 (depending on background). You will be the main market maker for all Russia and CIS Local Markets products, trading primarily in Russia Local Markets and derivatives products (FX forwards, NDF, X-CCY Swaps, TRS and CLNs on Russian sovereign and corporate debt). You’ll have significant experience in a similar role and organisation. The role requires a good knowledge of the local markets and regulatory environment across Russia, Kazakhstan and Ukraine. Advanced trading and technical skills in rates, FX and fixed income are required. Having a Bachelors degree in Economics or Mathematics is a minimum requirement. You’ll also be a fluent Russian and English speaker. You are customer oriented (internally, externally), have very strong risk management skills and capable of working effectively in very challenging conditions.
