» Job: Industrial Hygiene Engineer

Purpose of Work: To provide engineering/other supplemental support to the Industrial Hygiene program to ensure compliance with SAMREF standards and government regulations to protect employee health and safety


Regular Assigned Duty:

Education: BS Engineering (Industrial Hygiene, Safety, Chemical or Mechanical Degree is preferable)


Specialized Knowledge: Good Refinery/Petrochemical related safety, health and chemical & Physical hazards knowledge. Proficiency in both written and verbal communication skills. Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts. Ability to analyze and interpret technical procedures and regulation. Proficiency in using different computer programs as word. Excel, Access .. .act. A very good command in English is mandatory. Demonstrate a high standard of competencies. The position requires a high degree of specialized knowledge in Industrial Hygiene, strong communication skills to work with different department and good search skill to recognize the workplace hazards


Experience Required: 7-9 years work in Petroleum or Petrochemical industry in Industrial Hygiene or loss prevention field
