Detail		APPLY SALARY: Rs.340,780 p.a. (Starting salary) (Position Grade: FSN-4) The incumbent is responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of the central air-conditioning equipment and systems of plant operations. Responsible for the full journeyman level skills for major HVAC plant that consists of chillers of 5 Tons to 200 Tons capacity. Responsible for installation, maintenance and repair of electrical powered refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment, air handling units, cooling towers, chilled water, condenser water circulating system and systems of all types including direct fired absorption chillers of large capacity along with its associated direct digital control for the plant room. Performs other related duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: NOTE: All applicants must address each selection criterion detailed below with specific and comprehensive information supporting each item. 1. EDUCATION: Completion of ten years of education is required. Completion of vocational training apprenticeship or experience recognized as producing highly skilled journeyman level central air conditioning plant operators. 2. EXPERIENCE: Three years of full journeyman mechanic experience with shift responsibility is required. 3. LANGUAGE: Level II (limited knowledge) English and Level III (good working knowledge) of Urdu are required. 4. KNOWLEDGE: Must have good working knowledge of all basic central A/C and refrigeration plants. 5. ABILITIES & SKILLS: Must be able to diagnose trouble in central air conditioning systems of all types and ability to repair. Capable of making major repairs to central A/C and refrigeration units.
