| Description | Our Premier service is designed to give customers additional support and real added value. We offer a relationship manager, 24-hour banking, advice on investments, preferential rates on products and a range of other attractive benefits. Responding promptly and efficiently to customer queries, you’ll pride yourself on the strong relationships you build and take personal responsibility for resolving any concerns. We’re looking for effective time management and practical planning skills in these service roles, as well as a real desire to meet and exceed the targets we set. You will enjoy selling, negotiating and strive to develop excellent customer relationships. It’s important that you’re able to act with minimal supervision and take responsibility for your own decision making. You’ll keep track of the way requests are progressing and actively seek feedback from the customers on the service that HSBC is providing. | |
