BASIC FUNCTION OF POSITION
The incumbent serves as the Quality Assurance and Knowledge Manager in the Management Section, which is comprised of 1000 employees and a $20+ million annual budget in the General Services, Human Resources, Financial Management, Facilities Maintenance, Information Management and Medical Offices at the Embassy in Islamabad and the Consulates General in Lahore, Karachi and Peshawar. Responsibilities include advising senior management and service managers on policies and procedures that achieve organizational excellence, including the implementation of appropriate performance measurement and quality management systems. Develops and implements effective systems for knowledge management, such as by administering Management sections of the Team Pakistan Share Point site. Tracks and analyzes service performance data and works with the Management Officer, Management Counselor, section heads and client agencies to improve service performance. Monitors deadline dates for submission of reports and action-related matter and supports the Management office in task assignments and follow-up.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

1. EDUCATION: Completion of College degree in Business Administration or Management related field is required.

2. EXPERIENCE: Five years of experience in progressively challenging positions of similar structure and scope.

3. LANGUAGE: Level IV (fluent) Reading/ Writing/ Speaking English and Urdu are required.

4. KNOWLEDGE: Job Knowledge: Must be able to gather facts/analyze results relevant to specific issues and formulate conclusions and recommendations for action. Familiar with analytical methods using qualitative and quantitative techniques for task analysis; organization design and flow charting of work processes.

5. ABILITIES & SKILLS: Management Analyst should have a working understanding of all service providers’ functions at post, excellent interpersonal skills, and good briefing and writing skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
