Description


This position will manage a global QA team that supports multiple LOB's. The candidate is responsible for the day to day management of the team (testing approach, deliverables, funding, resource management, process adhereence/improvements and the overall quality of delivery).

The role will work directly with development and support teams on a consistent basis for planning and delivery. This manager will be the escalation point for both the internal QA team and external partners. In addtion to direct team leadership, the role will work with other QA managers to ensure overall organizational delivery, reporting, strategic planning and implementation.


Qualifications
5 - 7 years of experience in a technology role
Prior team management experience
Understanding of testing methodologies and tools
Ability to identify and support positive change
Experience working with contracting firms
Experience leading a global team
Prior experience communicating across multiple levels
