- Responsible for Operation and Maintenance of all Broadband DNS Servers which are located in Broadband Data Centre and other cities.
- Responsible for HP OSS System Service include OVSA, OVO/OVSD and OVPI.
- Deployment, Configuration, Operations and Maintenance of BB SMTP Servers.
- Operation, Maintenance and support of complete webhosting solution consisting of cluster servers which are running on multiple cluster services.
- Operation, Maintenance and Support of Email system for corporate customers and also providing email IDs to all BB customers.
- Operation and maintenance of e-mail filtering Barracuda SPAM firewall.
- System Administration (Solaris, HP-UX, Linux, Windows OS)
- Managing SAN, VERITAS Cluster, F5 Load Balancer and Backup System (Tape Library)
- Preparation and execution of preventive as well as corrective maintenance activities for the entire set up.
- Investigate for root causes remedy of customer complaints relating to Broadband operations.
