We make sure the right people are on hand to provide counselling, advice and trauma support. You could be one of those people. You’ll need experience of providing high quality, short-term counselling for a wide range of presenting issues and will possess specialist skills such as SFBT, CBT or trauma. You’ll also need to have a professional counselling qualification to a minimum of diploma level and be BACP or UKCP accredited. In addition, you’ll need experience of conducting clinical assessments and using IT systems. And in return for your dedication to helping our employees, we’ll make sure you have everything you need to get ahead. This role follows a three-day shift pattern, Wednesdays 11 am – 7 pm and Fridays 9 am – 5 pm, and one other weekday 9 am – 5 pm. To be eligible to apply you must be able to cover all the above shifts on an ongoing basis. | ||||
