    Reports To Manager Products & Platforms (Branchless Banking);
    Work Location Islamabad
    Experience Required 4-5 years of relevant experience
    Key Responsibilities • To interface with the solution-providers of Financial services for discussing the relevant needs
    • To plan the design & implementation of services from the service management perspective
    • To be aware of the Financial services/Branchless Banking regulations which govern the telco services in this domain
    • To discuss & agree on the roadmap and service management services with the platform/solution providers
    • To perform team management and oversee various activities/projects on services carried out by the team members
    • To personally run and manage services/projects
    • To perform the scoping of services through standard procedures
    • Get involved in the design and architecture of the solution/infrastructure for offering the services to customers.
    • Be familiar with the technical and feature capabilities of various nodes/enablers in the Telco and Banking environment for extending Financial services to the market.
    • To carry out development of Financial services through external parties (including banks), vendors and internal teams
    • Manage cross-functional project teams for project planning and implementation
    • Initiate the enhancement of business functionalities and change requests (if necessary) of Financial services platforms from commercial in coordination with the IT/Technical team
    • Negotiate and finalize agreements with service providers for enabling services with the consent of Legal, Procurement & other relevant teams
    • To ensure support & maintenance of the services/solutions in place through responsible parties involved.
    • Be aware of Service performance through regular monitoring and tracking
    • To carry out and implement Quality assurance procedures for relevant products/services
    • To ensure good relationship, work processes and SLAs of various stake-holders in the value chain including Telco, Solution-provider & Bank.
    Education/Professional Qualification 1. MBA/MCS/BE
    2. Any additional Technical/Business Qualification/ Degree will help
    3. Project Management
    4. Any other technical certifications will be an add-on
